The operator area has comfortable seats, an ergonomically designed backrest, and space for three (Driver+2 Helpers). The steering wheel is optimally positioned for comfortable operation. The leg room allows the driver to operate the brakes and accelerators easily. All the controls and indicators are visibly marked for the operator’s convenience.
A six-phase Brushless DC Motor with a differential provides suitable torque for a variety of drive applications. High- and lowspeed torque conversion effectively increases the gradability with high load capacity. Quick repair and replacement of the accessories, no need to remove the rear axle wheels, and better braking performance.
Easy reach & ergonomic panel with wide display. Speed and Battery level indicators. Ignition Switch, Low/High torque control switch, Reverse switch, Emergency, lighting switches. Additional battery charging and low voltage LED indicators.
The front axle consists of a central axle and a stub axle with a kingpin assembly. It is connected to the main chassis through the leaf spring and damper assembly. The front axle is connected to the wheels through precisely machined wheel hubs for sturdy performance and long life.
Solid rubber tires are provided on the front and rear axles for operating over various surface conditions. Non-marking and Pneumatic tires can also be provided a c c o r d i n g t o r e q u i r e m e n t s . T h e recommended dimensions of Pneumatic Tyres are 195/70/R14 and /LT/7.5/R16 for suitable models
High-stiffness, welded frame, fabricated from suitable rolled sections, channels, and plates. The platform is made from a thick mild steel chequered plate of two halves for easily carrying heavy loads. The platform is the largest in the segment allowing it to accommodate more volume of material.
The platform is suspended with semielliptical leaf springs with shock absorbers for both axles. The heavy-duty spring mounts provide a smooth ride on all kinds of roads.
Emergency cut-off switches enable the driver to isolate the vehicle circuit in case of eme rg enc y de a c ti v a ting the accelerator. The parking breaks when engaged can bring the vehicle to a halt on a slope also. Pedestrian moving safety arrow lights are available as optional
Re-circulating ball bearing steering gearbox helps reduce the steering effort, for comfortable driving. Steering geometry also helps decrease the turning radius.
Foot-operated hydraulic brakes with tandem master cylinders on both wheels ensure smooth braking. The handoperated parking brake with additional braking from the regenerative controller, automatically halts the truck when the operator removes the foot from the acceleration pedal.
Our battery pack comes with an autorefilling system which enables users to refill distilled water in no time. Other components like motor, differential, and electronics components are highly accessible and easy to dismount for further servicing. Vibration sensors c o m e a s s t a n d a r d o n c r i t i c a l components and telemetrics to make your vehicle future-compatible.
Head, tail, brake lights, Operational alarm lights, reverse buzzer, side indicators, and horn come as standard. The roof for the operator and perimeter lights are available as optional.
